What do I do if I want to buy something?
- If you're paying with a credit card, place the order online and complete the checkout. If your shipping can be calculated automatically, you will submit your credit card info and your order will be complete. If your item is oversized or there are multiple types of items in the order, we will calculate the shipping and then send you back a link with the total and you can complete your payment online. Once payment is received, we will ship within 48 hours.
- If you're paying with a Check or Purchase order, you will be emailed an invoice.
- TGR will then post a 'SALE PENDING' sign on all items that you are buying.
- Shipping and handling is generally $18.00 for flags and $35.00 for uniforms, but varies depending on the size of the order.

We will accept the following methods of payment:

CREDIT CARD (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover), Cashier's Check, Money Order, Booster Organization Check and School Purchase Orders.
Personal Checks will be accepted, but delivery will be delayed until the check clears. This may be as many as 10 days. We will also accept payment via verified Paypal accounts to the following address: sales@TheGuardRoom.com
As soon as payment is received, we will post a 'SOLD' sign on all items purchased. We will ship your order out to you within 2 business days.
Can I break up a set?
- If items are listed with a 'per item' price, you can purchase a smaller amount than the total with these conditions. A flag set must be left with at least 5 in the remaining set and a guard uniform set must be left with at least 7 in the remaining set. Drumline uniforms are sold as a set only, unless the total is over 50.
- Band Uniforms are sold as a set only. Accessories and Equipment can usually be sold in any increment. Contact the office with specific questions.
- TGR will then post a 'SALE PENDING' sign on all items that you are buying.
